Patents (Amendment) Bill, 2005, was introduced to replace the existing Patents (Amendment) Ordinance, 2004 during the first part of the Budget Session, 2005. Here we are addressing various issues concerning this amendment.
This note is a work-in-progress to be submitted to the central government on how Free Software and Gnu/Linux could be used by them. We would attempt to link this with the government's Common Minimum Program (CMP) and also the new IT policy. If you are interested in contributing to the document, please select the link below.
